Our story
We built Wiso to fix a problem we were living.
On one side, professionals drowning in spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and scattered tools. On the other, students lost without method. That was the scene, so we started designing what was missing.
Not a platform with pretty marketing on top of shallow promises. It's the honest attempt to make training, nutrition, and follow-up clearer for everyone involved.
Why we exist
We were born from real frustration. Not the generic pitch-deck kind, the specific kind you live day-to-day.
Good professionals spent more time organizing tools than actually following up with students. Message here, spreadsheet there, WhatsApp at night. Results vanish between tools.
Motivated students stalled from lack of clear method. Free content is abundant, plans with context and real accountability are not. Without direction and responsibility, consistency dies in week two.
We weren't trying to reinvent training or nutrition. We wanted to make the professional's work feasible and the student's path clear.

No miracle results. Method, follow-up, and clarity on what's AI, what's human, and who reviewed what.

AI suggests. The professional decides within their scope. We never treat an auto-generated plan as equivalent to human review, and we show it openly.
Privacy by default
Health data is sensitive. LGPD and GDPR applied for real, no selling, no third parties without consent, no consent dark patterns.

Every AI output is labeled
AI-generated plans show a visible label and disclaimer. We don't disguise it as human recommendation.
